All of our products, with the exception of tortillas, are made in Mexico. For the sake of freshness, we source our tortillas from a Mexican-American owned tortilla factory in Texas, USA.
We like spice! Our Mild products have little-to-no kick while our Medium products definitely let you know there's some spice in there. Stayed tuned for our Hot products... Mild. Medium
Nope! All of our products are shelf stable. That said, always refrigerate after opening.
Tinga is a garlicky red sauce made with tomatoes and chipotle in adobo sauce that has a tangy-sweet-spicy taste. Traditionally, chicken is cooked in the tinga but we decided to switch it up with a little cauliflower instead.
Picadillo is typically a stew of ground beef and tomatoes. Think your standard taco filing here in the USA. We swapped the ground beef for a velvety pea protein for our version of Peacadillo and we think you won't be able to tell the difference...
Chilaquiles are, quite frankly, breakfast nachos. Cook up some tortilla chips in a little bit of salsa, add some protein and cheese on top and call it a day (or morning)!
Tostadas are simply flat, round, fried tortillas. Think the hard shell tacos here in the USA but flattened out (and tastier!). Load the tostada up with rice, beans, protein, cheese, and salsa and oh boy, you're in for a crunchy treat...
